Recently, we obtained spy photos of the new Audi e-tron Sportback from relevant channels. The car is expected to be officially unveiled in 2022, and will undergo comprehensive optimization and upgrades for the exterior and interior. It is also worth mentioning that the new car may be renamed "Q8 e-tron" in advance.
In terms of appearance design, compared with the current model, the new Audi e-tron adopts a new style of closed grille, which matches the sharper shape. The front headlights and the new-style front apron make the front face more recognizable and more fashionable and dynamic.
In terms of power system, it is not expected that there will be any essential difference. The current Audi e-tron Sportback is equipped with an induction asynchronous front motor and a permanent magnet synchronous rear motor. The motor has a maximum power of 300 kW (boost mode) and a peak torque of 664 N·m. The vehicle is equipped with a 95 kWh battery pack, has an NEDC cruising range of 500 kilometers, and the vehicle’s 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 5.7 seconds.
