In terms of intelligent driving, the two platforms, AD Max and AD Pro, have accumulated large-scale "training mileage" based on the country's largest intelligent driving fleet owned by Li Auto.
Based on this, the algorithm model was re-architected and fully upgraded from AD 2.0 to AD 3.0. The original modular algorithm architecture based on multiple small models and manual rules has been upgraded to an end-to-end algorithm architecture based on large models.
AD Max 3.0 uses the BEV large model and Occupancy network, which are more advanced in the visual field, in the perception algorithm; the planning algorithm gradually switches to a joint spatio-temporal planning algorithm, and the optimal driving trajectory can be planned in milliseconds; at the same time, The MPC model predictive control algorithm has also been updated to achieve low-latency, highly accurate steering, acceleration and braking, which perfectly balances safety, comfort and traffic efficiency.
