On the eve of the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, Bitauto's front-end exploration team photographed the 2024 Weilai ET7, which will be officially launched at the Beijing Auto Show. The new car is positioned as a mid-to-large sedan, and its exterior design will not change much, but it will be upgraded and optimized for cockpit configuration and intelligent driving.
Appearance-wise, the new car still adopts a split light group and a closed front design. The high and low beam light groups are integrated on both sides of the front enclosure, and there is a trapezoidal heat dissipation opening below. The overall shape is not much different from the current model.
At the rear of the car, the new car adopts a through-type taillight set design, which is very recognizable when lit. At the same time, a small-sized ducktail spoiler is also formed on the trunk, and the rear surround of the car adopts The design of different colors from the body adds a layered feel to the rear.
In terms of configuration, the new car will provide dual rear entertainment screens, angle-adjustable rear seats, and optimized seat comfort, bringing a more luxurious interior texture. In terms of power, it is expected that the new car will not change much compared with the current model. For reference, the NIO ET7 is equipped with a front and rear dual-motor system, with a combined power of 653 horsepower and a maximum torque of 850 Nm. The battery provides 75kWh and 100kWh battery packs, corresponding to CLTC pure electric cruising ranges of 530 kilometers and 675 kilometers.
